El embajador de Rusia dijo que “no es fácil conseguir tantas vacunas ya que la demanda es mundial y las vacunas aún son escasas para cubrir toda la demanda, sin embargo, comprometió a seguir enviando más vacunas de acuerdo a las posibilidades de producción y requerimiento boliviano.
