Gobierno entrega equipos de terapia intensiva y medicamentos para reforzar la lucha contra el COVID-19 en Sacaba

El presidente Luis Arce y el ministro de Salud y Deportes, Jeyson Auza, entregaron este lunes equipos de terapia intensiva, insumos médicos y medicamentos para reforzar la lucha contra el COVID-19 en el municipio de Sacaba en Cochabamba.

“Estamos trayendo equipos para las unidades de terapia intensiva, equipos y medicamentos por un valor de más de Bs 1.200.000 para que puedan implementarse”, aseguró el mandatario en el acto de entrega de la infraestructura la Unidad Educativa Domitila Barrios.

Indicó que la entrega del equipamiento se hace en coordinación con la Central de Abastecimiento y Suministros de Salud para mejorar la atención a la población en tiempos de pandemia.

Al respecto, el ministro Auza aseguró que la intención del Gobierno es garantizar todas las condiciones necesarias para que tanto médicos como pacientes puedan aplicar las medidas de bioseguridad.

“Estamos trayendo Bs 403.699 en medicamentos que van a formar parte de los kits anticovid que van a ser distribuidos de manera gratuita. Además, estamos trayendo Bs 1.270.457 en cuanto a equipamiento de bioseguridad”, dijo.
