Luciano Rojas candidato para asambleísta por Tiraque, informó que esa población necesita mejorar la infraestructura del hospital y su equipamiento. El centro de salud ya ha queda pequeño necesita de una ampliación y más equipamiento, para constituirse en un hospital de referencia.
En el área productiva, debe apoyarse a la producción de papa con semillas mejoradas; y en educación, Tiraque, necesita un instituto tecnológico o una universidad. Los jóvenes bachilleres recorrer más de 80 kilómetros para ir a estudiar una carrera técnica o universitaria al Valle Alto o deben trasladarse hasta la ciudad de Cochabamba, dijo.

Los candidatos a alcaldías y concejos municipales de la región del trópico de Cochabamba realizan sus últimas actividades con miras a las elecciones subnacionales del 7 de marzo, con el cierre de sus campañas políticas.
En ese sentido, el domingo en el municipio de Tiraque, se realizó el cierre de campañas del MAS, con una masiva participación ciudadana y la presencia del candidato a la Gobernación de Cochabamba Humberto Sánchez.
Acudieron también, candidatos a la alcaldía de Shinahota como Luis Arce junto a dirigentes de la Federación Única Centrales Unidas y candidatos a concejales.
Luciano Rojas, candidato para asambleísta por Tiraque, informó que se garantiza el 100 por ciento de votos para el candidato a alcalde Adolfo Mérida y para sus concejales.
