El vocero Presidencial, Jorge Richter, reveló este lunes que el “comiteismo” de Santa Cruz sembró odio, racismo y regionalismo y que costará caro recuperar el equilibrio democrático, porque esa institución persigue su hegemonía de clase privilegiada, política y social.
La directora del programa Piedra, Papel y Tinta, Claudia Benavente y la autoridad nacional, desarrollaron una completa entrevista del caso relacionado con el imputado por terrorismo Luis Fernando Camacho, los movimientos violentos alentados por el presidente del Comité Cívico, Rómulo Calvo, el vicerrector de la Universidad Autónoma Rene Gabriel Moreno de Santa Cruz, Reinerio Vargas, y otras autoridades regionales.
Richter describió en 12 puntos, la siguiente radiografía política que viene sucediendo en la capital cruceña:
1. El “comiteismo” se constituyó en una representación política hegemónica que controla la mayoría de las entidades y no tolera opinión alguna en su contra.
2. Es una “pequeña dirigencia cívica” con capacidad económica, de movilización y con voz amplificada por una corporación de medios de comunicación y redes sociales.
3. No tiene convicción democrática, desprecian la vida y la Constitución, pero hablan de democracia, justicia, libertad e igualdad para justificar su dominio e impunidad de sus actos.
4. A título del derecho a la protesta, hacen ejercicio de la quema y prenden fuego contra la propiedad estatal y privada, como el ataque a la casa del ministro de Obras Públicas, Edgar Montaño, más de 30 vehículos y edificio de la Fiscalía, a las agencias del Banco Unión, Impuestos Internos y otras oficinas que suman en total 27 casos.
5. Emplean conceptos de “persecución política”, cuando la justicia investiga a los responsables del golpe de noviembre de 2019, envía a prisión vándalos del gobernador Camacho.
6. Tienen como metodología exasperar y generar intolerancia en la sociedad, para sus fines particulares.
7. Emplean el discurso falso y manipulado del secuestro de Camacho, figura penal que no corresponde porque no es víctima de chantaje a cambio de su libertad, que la vacación judicial no autoriza detenciones o que su vida está en peligro en Chonchocoro. Mienten sobre la luminaria del frente del edificio del Comando de la Policía, destruida por un policía, porque había sido instalada de manera intencional para guiar el ataque de los vándalos.
8. No dicen que sus grupos de choque, de la Unión Juvenil Cruceñista, emplearon bazucas caseras, bombas molotov y petardos de alto poder contra la policía y vecinos de los barrios que no estaban de acuerdo con su paro.
9. No dicen que hicieron circular listas con nombres de autoridades para ajustar cuentas, entre ellos los hijos del presidente Luis Arce; quemar la clínica del Gobernador del Beni y torturar a un funcionario, cortándole los talones para que no fugue, de Impuestos Internos, y amenazando a las madres de Warnes que las consideraban masistas.
10. Quieren dividir el país, cuando para el gobiernos todos los habitantes de los departamento somos hermanos y miembros de la Nación boliviana.
11. El Comité Cívico de Santa Cruz es la única organización que se arroga la representación del departamento, cuando en todos los lugares los comités son apenas una parte de la sociedad, mayoritariamente representada por el bloque social y popular, constructores del Estado Plurinacional.
12. Las acciones regionalistas del “comiteismo” lo único que quieren es impedir que el gobierno ejecute la agenda destinada a fortalecer el proceso de cambio, la estabilidad política y el Estado plurinacional.
El vocero de la presidencia remarco, al final, que se defenderá la democracia, la justicia social y la unidad de todos los bolivianos.
