El ministro de Obras Públicas Servicios y Vivienda, Édgar Montaño, afirmó este jueves que entregó los planos para la construcción de la Línea Amarilla del Tren Metropolitano al alcalde de Cercado, Manfred Reyes Villa, quien mencionó en pasadas horas que las autoridades nacionales no tenían “ningún documento” para esa parte del proyecto.
“Eso es falso señor Reyes Villa porque aquí tengo toda la documentación correspondiente que se ha entregado a usted, a los técnicos, y tengo el convenio intergubernativo que firmamos los dos, el 17 de mayo de 2020”, expuso Montaño en conferencia de prensa, luego de mostrar los documentos.
También le recordó al alcalde que fue invitado a la ciudad de La Paz para consensuar la ruta de la Línea Amarilla.
Montaño indicó que el Gobierno nacional cumplió con todas las exigencias del municipio, como la licencia ambiental y forestal, movilidad urbana, entre otros, que fueron requeridos por el municipio.
En ese sentido, pidió a Reyes Villa, emitir el certificado de suelo, que es la condición previa para obtener la licencia ambiental del proyecto, trámite que estaría trabado por el burgomaestre, “por eso cambió, a propósito, de Secretario de Planificación, para no dejar huellas” y el actual funcionario en esa repartición, Marcel José Panoso, “pretende desconocer todo el trabajo técnico avanzado de manera eficiente”.
“Desmiento categóricamente todas sus afirmaciones y aseveraciones, porque usted desconoce señor alcalde Manfred Reyes Villa, y para tapar estas verdades y documentos, que ya se han firmado, ha cambiado a su secretario”, aseveró el titular de Obras Públicas.
También mostró los planos con las rutas elegidas y las siete propuestas para construir la Línea Amarilla, sin embargo, se persiste en bloquear el progreso de Cochabamba. Pues antes de la inauguración del Tren Metropolitano, el pasado martes, movilizó gente a través de un concejal para votar escombros y basura en la Línea Verde.
Ante esa situación, Montaño demandó tomar acciones prontas para no perjudicar el avance del proyecto y si en la fecha no recibe respuesta del burgomaestre, en 15 días se presentará al presidente Luis Arce una nueva propuesta.
