El Bono Escolar Juancito Pinto será pagado a partir del 11 de este mes, anunció el presidente Luis Arce quien destacó que el 81,4% del total de las unidades educativas del país pasan clases presenciales y semipresenciales, realidad distinta a lo que ocurrió durante el golpe de Estado cuando se clausuraron las labores educativas.
“Uno de los principales incentivos al acceso, permanencia y conclusión de estudios regulares, el Bono Juancito Pinto, será entregado a los beneficiarios a partir del 11 de noviembre de este año, para los estudiantes de las tres modalidades: presencial, semipresencial y a distancia”, anunció este lunes en su informe al país sobre el primer año de mandato, en sesión en la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional.
Se prevé que el Bono Juancito Pinto llegue a 2.370.037 estudiantes como un incentivo a la permanecía a los estudiantes de todo el país, dijo el domingo el viceministro de Educación Regular, Bartolomé Puma.
Este incentivo llegará a estudiantes de educativas fiscales y de convenio, de Educación Primaria Comunitaria Vocacional, de Secundaria Comunitaria Productiva y de centros de Educación Especial.
Alrededor de 24 empresas estatales aportan con sus utilidades esta gestión para financiar el Bono.
“A diferencia del gobierno de facto, la política educativa en nuestro gobierno se dirigió a establecer tres modalidades de atención educativa: presencial, semipresencial y a distancia”, destacó el Presidente en su informe de gestión.
“En febrero de 2021, inauguramos el año escolar, iniciando las clases con un 38,5 por ciento de las unidades educativas en clases presenciales; el buen manejo de la pandemia nos ha permitido avanzar a un 58,7 por ciento hasta octubre de la presente gestión. Si a esa modalidad se suma las clases semipresenciales, tendríamos un total de 81,4 por ciento del total de las unidades educativas del país bajo estas dos modalidades, que significa una mejora sustantiva del proceso educativo en nuestro país en época de pandemia”, aseguró.
Una de las modalidades implementadas para asegurar el acceso a la educación inclusiva y sin ninguna forma de discriminación, fue el Programa Educa Bolivia, aplicado en el marco de la política de igualdad de oportunidades y con el objetivo de llegar a aquellas poblaciones que no tienen acceso a dispositivos tecnológicos e internet de calidad.
“A este esfuerzo se ha sumado el canal estatal Bolivia TV, radios comunitarias y medios privados, contribuyendo sobremanera en la difusión de contenidos educativos, gracias a la producción de más de 4.000 programas emitidos a través de televisión y radio con más de 6.600 horas de transmisión para los diferentes niveles educativos. Se destaca la gran cantidad de contenidos educativos elaborados, tanto para radio como para televisión. De igual manera, se han elaborado, impreso y entregado gratuitamente 4.345.385 textos para el primer y segundo trimestres de educación regular”, manifestó.
“Para el tercer trimestre, se realizó la entrega de 318.826 textos para educación inicial en familia comunitaria. Asimismo, se entregaron 1.271.313 textos para educación primaria comunitaria vocacional y 1.085.294 textos para educación secundaria comunitaria productiva. Haciendo un total de más de 7 millones de textos de aprendizaje distribuidos en todo el país”, dijo en su informe de gestión.
Explicó que para educación especial se realizó la entrega de 16.680 textos a nivel nacional, mientras que, para educación alternativa, se realizó la entrega de 159.350 textos.
También se refirió a la entrega de computadoras y equipamiento a las unidades educativas de distintos puntos del país.
“Adicionalmente y priorizando a los estudiantes con mayor vulnerabilidad, en el marco del Decreto Supremo N° 4483, se han entregado de manera gratuita, desde abril hasta octubre de 2021, 19.602 computadoras KUAA; se tiene previsto entregar 17.322 dispositivos adicionales hasta diciembre del presente año. En paralelo, también se entregaron 4.273 dispositivos diversificados entre celulares y tabletas”, señaló.
